Only one week before the world's largest Mardi Gras Pub Crawl!  Do you have all your plans made, hotel booked, stops planned to see all your favorite bands?  We hope everyone is excited as we are to jump on a bus and have a night of a lifetime with friends and no worry about driving home.  The plans have been finalized and in this week's blog, we will give you all the details.

Leave your keys and take the bus!!! 23 total buses run from 4:00 pm til 2:30 am and will get you to and from your designated lodging facilities with no need to drive. We provide the sober chauffeur and all you have to do is kick back, leave your keys in the drawer, jump on a bus and have fun. Hotel shuttles are provided to get your crawl started and route buses stop at every location on the CRAWL!!!

Wrist bands can be purchased the night of the event or before the event at all 13 participating Bars/Restaurants and specific Hotel/Motel sponsors. Sunshine Daydream on the Bagnell Dam strip will have wrist bands available, too!

$10.00 Event Fee…instead of charging a cover charge at each location buy your wrist band and get into every participating bar/restaurant.

The wrist band is required and includes:

• Entry to all 13 participating venues
• Unlimited entertainment – All locations will have a band or DJ
• Bus transportation to all 13 locations.
• Pick up and drop off at participating Hotels/Motels.

The commemorative t-shirts are available for purchase the night of the event or before the event at all participating bars/restaurants.  If you would like a shirt from a specific bar you may want to purchase it ahead of time to ensure you receive the bar that you like down the arm of the long sleeve shirts.  From what we are hearing the shirts are going fast.

Pub Crawl Rules:

• $10 event charge required.
• No alcohol is permitted to enter or leave any event location.
• Busses will make scheduled stops only.
• Must be 21, possess a valid ID, and have a wristband to ride the busses.
• Must have a wrist band to enter participating Pub Crawl stops.
• Drink responsibly. Service will be denied to intoxicated individuals

As of today, it looks like the weather is going to be great for the pub crawl.  The forecast is saying it will be 48 degrees!  Perfect weather for a February event at the Lake of the Ozarks.  We look forward to seeing everyone out and about enjoying themselves without the worry of driving.  We do ask that everyone drink responsibly, we want this to be an enjoyable experience for everyone who attends.  Get your masks, beads, and dancing shoes on and we will see you next week at the Lake Pub Crawl.

Entertainment LineUp for the Mardi Gras Pub Crawl 🎼🎤🥁

The 2020 Lake of the Ozarks Mardi Gras Pub Crawl is only 2 weeks away!  On February 8th, 2020 the world's largest pub crawl will kick off with 13 bars & restaurants on Lake Pub Crawl route will be ready to show all the attendees a great time.  Each venue will have a great entertainment, exceptional drinks, and ready for the crawlers to have a night to remember.  Part of the preparation for this winter event is booking entertainment.  In this week's blog, we will tell you all about the entertainment that will be at the venues.

On the day of pub crawl each venue will have a lineup of entertainers that will have you and your friends on the dance floor all night with some of the best live music / DJ's at the Lake of the Ozarks.  Pick up one of the Lake Pub Crawl maps and start planning your night to make sure you don't miss any of your favorite music.

$10 Gets You In

Your $10 Lake Pub Crawl wristband can be purchased at all participating stops on the route, specific hotel/motel sponsors, and at Sunshine Daydream on the historic Bagnell Dam Strip. This is your ticket into every bar & restaurant plus a safe, sober ride on all 20+ buses that will be running continuously from 4:00 pm-2:30 am. Those same buses will also be picking up and dropping off at participating hotels along the pub crawl route. 


Need a Place to Stay?
The lake area has tons of great places to stay while you're in town, and during the Lake of the Ozarks Mardi Gras Pub Crawl weekend, many of them are offering incredible rates for the event. You can find many lodging options on our website, both on and off the pub crawl route.

Our buses will be stopping at on-route hotels, but quite a few of the off-route venues are providing their own shuttles to the event. You don't need to drive once the pub crawl starts. Put the car keys away and simply enjoy the party!

The Lake Area Chamber of Commerce (LACC) agreed to manage the world's largest pub crawl in 2019.   They bring with them an entire staff of talented people that know how to throw a large-scale event that brings visitors to the lake area and makes those people want to come back for more! With this being the second year, the Lake Area Chamber has organized the event, they have gone above and beyond to make the 2020 Pub Crawl the best one yet.  The past pub crawls are definitely a tough act to follow, but this is definitely a group that can handle the challenge.

What Happens at the Lake Pub Crawl?

For anyone unfamiliar with what exactly happens at the Lake of the Ozarks Mardi Gras Pub Crawl (where have you been?) here is a quick rundown of the excitement that awaits you. The purchase of a $10 wristband gives you access to:  

• LOTS of Pub Crawl Stops - This year's pub crawl will include 13 bars and restaurants on the route. We have added a great new venue this year for you to try and we still may add a couple more.
• Unlimited Entertainment - Each of the stops on the Lake Pub Crawl will host the best live music at the Lake of the Ozarks. Talented bands and DJs will be set up at each spot, keeping the party going all night long.  
• Safe & Sober Transportation - More than 20 busses will be traveling the pub crawl route from 4:00 pm in the afternoon until 2:30 am in the morning to make sure everyone gets where they are going safely. Leave your car keys at home and let us be your sober chauffeur for the evening! 
• Hotel Discounts - You don't have to buy a wristband to take advantage of some great hotel packages happening over the Lake of the Ozarks Mardi Gras Pub Crawl weekend, but if you're in town anyway, you might as well join us! Lots of hotels, motels, and resorts in town will be offering special discounts for this event. If they are on the pub crawl route, our busses will pick up and drop off at that location, and if they're not, ask if they will have a shuttle to get you here. (Most do!)

Are You Ready? The Mardi Gras Pub Crawl is only weeks away!

Do you have all your plans arranged for the Largest Mardi Gras Pub Crawl in the world?  We are only weeks away from the 2020 Lake Pub Crawl.   Seriously we only 37 days until the biggest party at the Lake of the Ozarks is in full swing. 

If you are prepared in advance you will be able to show up on February 8^th, 2020 and have the time of your life with friends.  Here are a few items you will want to take care of before the big event kicks off. 

Book Your Lodging

There are several lodging establishments that are on the route this year for you to choose from.  Whether you want to stay near the Bagnell Dam Strip or in Osage Beach we have you covered.   Rooms will start to book up fast the closer we get to the event, so make sure you book your room now to ensure you stay at your first choice of venues.  You can find a list of the lodging options for the Lake Pub Crawl on our website. 

Event buses will be picking up and dropping off at hotels along the pub crawl route. Some of the hotels off-route will be providing shuttles of their own to get you to the party. Be sure to ask about that when you book your stay and make sure to let them know why you're in town too. Many are offering discounted rates specifically for the pub crawl weekend.  The busses will start at 4:00 PM and will run until 2:30 AM. (VIP Shuttle Service Available too)
